The short version: you can use everything here without telling us who you are.
What we collect without an account
Anonymous usage events — searches, resource views, downloads, prints and which links are clicked — so we can see which resources help and what people search for that we don't yet have. These events carry a random session identifier and the page you first arrived on. They do not include your name, email or precise location.
Your free profile
The optional profile (student name, year level, interests, saved resources) is stored in your browser's local storage only. It is not sent to our servers unless you later choose to create an account to sync it.
When you send us details
If you request a personalised learning plan, book an assessment or ask about tutoring, we collect the details you enter (your first name, your child's first name and year level, email, and optionally mobile and postcode) so a Success Tutoring consultant can respond. We record which free resource led to your enquiry so we can make better resources. We don't sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Cookies and third parties
We use first-party analytics. If a third-party analytics tool is enabled it is configured without advertising features. Links to other Success Tutoring sites carry a referral tag so we know which resources are useful.
