Milo's Hat

Read the story. You can read it with a grown-up or by yourself.

Milo went to the beach with his mum and his dog, Pip. It was a windy day. Milo wore his big yellow hat.

The wind blew and blew. Whoosh! Milo's hat flew off his head. It rolled along the sand.

'My hat!' said Milo. He ran after it. Pip ran too. Pip was fast.

The hat stopped by a rock pool. A crab was sitting on it!

Pip barked. The crab ran under a rock. Milo picked up his hat and shook off the sand.

'Thank you, Pip,' said Milo. He put the hat back on and held it tight all the way home.
